[K walks up and runs his fingers casually over Jespser's hair, giving him a ruffle that's half affection, half brotherly teasing. If their groups are getting all tangled up, he's glad Jes was the first he got tangled up with.]

[Jesper scoffs as his hair's ruffled. It's been awhile since he had that kind of casual, teasing affection tossed his way. There's a deeper level to it when to comes from Wylan. And anything with Kaz is...well it's Kaz.]
This thing? Came with the decor.
And I remember how it works. You've got time and this is as safe a place as any for you to work. No one's going to mess with you.
As Kavinsky settles in, Jesper lounges back on the offensive, soon-to-be-toasted couch. He's content to keep watch, and honestly this process kind of fascinates him.]
[Kavinsky blows him a kiss, and then he's out like a light.
Since Jesper has seen it, it'll be no surprise. The couple minute spent in that deep, almost comatose slumber and then, as if it had ever not been there, there was a couch underneath him. More of a loveseat. Much more attractively upholstered. And with Kavinsky draped across it invitingly, frozen in those moments before waking.]
[Some say "you've seen it once, you've seen it a thousand times," about any parlour trick. But this--what Kavinsky could do--was something he could watch a thousand times and still not be tired of it. There's something about the materialization, the moment between blinking when something comes into being, that has him mesmerized. He can never quite seem to catch it happening, and this time he was trying.
The result, however, earns a low whistle. It is definitely an upgrade to the mess he had been lounging on. He's moved now to hover over Kavinsky, waiting to see how long it'd take him to wake from this little project.]
[Kavinsky hears it but still can't move. He's breathing, and his chest hitches a little bit, like it's stuck in a frozen attempt at a laugh. The first thing, besides that, that shows anything like movement would be the eyes, slowly opening up. He looks up at Jesper hovering over him.
